Skye and Storm
Today we went to Silvia's house for the afternoon. She has got 2 new pups called Skye and Storm. They are 10 weeks old and very playful.... I giggled the whole time, especially when they were licking my toes!
A new way to play with my toys!
As I have trouble sitting up it is a little difficult to play with my toys so we have found a way to improvise. Mum and Dad sit me on the couch with heaps of cushions under me and put all my toys on a tray so that i can reach them. I'd much rather tip all of my toys off and just play with the tray!

My big day at the hospital
Today was a big day for me, but bigger for my mum. I went into hospital to have my hip fixed. Six weeks ago my health nurse discovered that one of my legs was longer than the other. Normally my condition is diagnosed at a much earlier stage but due to my age I needed to have surgery rather than a brace. I was such a brave girl..... Hardly any tears!
Dad and I in the waiting area of the children's ward. It was so colourful with the most amazing toys. There was even a whole wall full of bouncey balls!
After surgery.... I was so tired!

We Won!
The last weekend in September 2007 looked like it was going to be one of the worst weekend's in history (well, in the last 44 years anyway). Geelong Football Club had made the grandfinal..... one of my mum's worst fears. After a month of my dad threatening to take a week of work and spend it in the gutters of geelong, several of my mum and dad's friends made the trek down the long highway to the city of 'the cats'. I got to stay home with Nana because i decided that i did not want to waste my time watching such rubbish!
Abbie and Tim waiting outside of Kardinia Park for the gate's to open. Such anticipation!!
Our spot on the oval.....
Owen with the desert!. A cake decorated with the cat's logo.... only to be eaten if they win, of course!
Mum trying to stir up my Dad and Uncle Mikey (Frewy) with her Port Adelaide jumper on. Pity she was too scared to take her jacket off incase she got stabbed!
We won! (Quote of the day!!!!) The final stages of the game just to show who is the best team by a long shot!
Mother's Group Picnic
Last Sunday my mum's mother's group all got together for a catch up with all of the Dad's. We went to Jell's Park for a picnic lunch. My Dad's was the champion of all Dad's because he took his botchie balls and the footy for entertainment. Now that mum has gone back to work i do not get to see my friend's as often so it was lots of fun to see them all....
Charlotte, Eliza and Lucas playing on the picnic rug.
Look out Charlotte, Gemma is about to steal your hat!
Lucas with his St Kilda hat on. Poor Lucas.... he is forced to barrack for 2 teams, St Kilda and Richmond. When he gets a little bit older I am going to convince him to barrack for the Hawks!
