Swimming with Indy

Today i went to the pool for the first time with Indy. I had so much fun but unfortunately there are no photo's of me cos there wasn't anyone to take them. I even learnt to go under water! I not as brave as Indiana.... she opens her eyes when she is under there. Such a clever girl.

This is me in my nemo bathers.... mum needs to invest in some real bathers now that she knows i like the pool.

Indiana and i are playing after our exhausting swim. I still insist on touching and grabbing her all the time. I even tried to bite her.... Lucky i don't have teeth. Check out animated film for our converation.

A weekend away

Last weekend mum and dad went away for the weekend and they left me behind! Nana and Dave gave them a voucher to stay in the city and have massages and stuff. Susan and Yale came to my house to look after me. I had such a good time.... Mum was a bit forgetful though as she didn't take any photo's of me with Susan and Yale.

Dad often grabs my hands and i pull myself up. My back muscles are so strong! I even try to do it on my own by grabbing hold of my pants and pulling myself up. Not so effective though....

3 months old!

I am getting so big now.... I smile alot and have just started to giggle. I can't stop talking, can wiggle around in circles, put my dummy back in when it falls out (that may just be a fluke) and have upgraded to a bigger size in my nappies! How time flies!

My best friend Indy!

This is my best friend Indiana. She was born 3 days after me although we had the same due date. I went to her house to 'make my cuppa count'. It was for Australia's biggest morning tea to help raise money for the cancer foundation.

But Indy was not too keen on that idea...

Then finally she realized that we have a special bond!

Mother's Day

Mother's Day morning started with beautiful skies. So glorious that the hot air balloons were out in full force!

Negotiating the toilet

I've been learning to sit on the toilet for the last 12 months although i can't be bothered with either 1's or 2's.

I can't seem to figure out what goes in the hole....

I've seen dad do it but it all seems a bit wierd!

Too hard, I'd rather just sleep.

Just hopped out of the bath and getting dry to put my pj's on.

Dad loves to play with me after my bath. It's the only time we get to have together during the week.

Footy at the 'G'

I finally had my first real trip to the footy. Mum and John go every week but this week even Aunty Sam came. We watched the mighty hawks beat the bombers (i must be the lucky charm!) and like my mum, i don't think much of Hirdy either. Buddy Franklin kicked 9 goals!! It was very exciting!

Donna the midwife

Now that i am 10 weeks old, mum and i had a reunion with the midwife that did all the work to bring me into the world. Her name is Donna and she is pretty cool! I heard her tell mum that she wants to bring a brother or sister for me into the world too.... mum isn't real keen on that idea!!
